TRAINING

Members continue in their current training regime and have access to 5:20am and 6:15am time slots with pre-booked classes. Joining the program as a non-member price includes 3 group classes PW for the 8 weeks. Focusing on increasing lean muscle and maximizing fat loss. We will choose the best classes for you at your initial consultation to cater to your goals.

NUTRITION

You’ll receive our go-to nutrition ebook with a breakdown of daily energy requirements and a guide to follow for your daily calorie targets. This includes daily examples based on your personal requirements plus some recipes for your convenience. Fueling your body adequately in order to drop body fat and retain lean muscle is how we get you toned and feeling your most confident in your skin.

EVOLT BODY SCAN

Includes 3x Evolt Body Scans. At the start, middle, and the end of the program to measure your progress beyond just the scales. The Evolt body scanner measures your lean body mass, visceral fat, body fat %, and more. It’ll also give you a breakdown of muscle measurements and body balance to build a symmetrical lean physique.
