Tracey has been a qualified personal since 2013. She has worked alongside passionate fitness professionals who’ve shaped her into the trainer she is today. She grew up playing competitive basketball and a love of all things fitness, mind and body. She’s an all-rounder when it comes to exercise, but her specialty would be a solid cardio based session leaving you with a rush of all those feel-good endorphins. ✨
