Here are a 5 things you can expect when you come to a weights class at 141 Fitness.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
	1.	Regardless of your experience, you’ll be shown around the place. Where things belong, how to do exercises, the structure of the workout, etc.
	2.	You’ll be taught correct technique. We as coaches are here to guide you about the correct lifting technique. If you’re going to heavy, or can go heavier, we’re here to ensure you won’t hurt yourself.
	3.	Have fun! And make it social! You’ll get use to people in your regular classes and the weights classes tend to become quite social.
	4.	Understand your level and we are here to help guide you with that. You do not need to compare your beginning to someone else’s 5 year experience.
	5.	Enjoy the process! It is fun. There will be hard days and hard weeks, but you need to learn to enjoy it and fall in love with the process.

Also, never forget. As coaches we are just like you in so many ways. We understand life happens. We all have good days and bad days, but we would like to think we have a place where you can come in and walk out feeling better💙
