Meet the 141 Fitness Mildura Personal Trainers

DANIEL COGHLAN

Daniel is our head trainer. He has completed his level 1 ASCA Strength & Conditioning course. Alongside his experience as captain for Essendon VFL he now co-coaches the Irymple Football Seniors locally. Daniels background is an all-rounder athlete. His main passion is to help each person reach and realise their potential, plus live a healthy lifestyle by including exercise in their daily routines.

BIANCA COGHLAN

Bianca is our Gym manager. She has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is also our resident nutritionist. Bianca has been qualified in strength training and conditioning for many years. She is strict on technique and certainly won’t let you increase your load beyond your means until you’ve mastered technique.

TRACEY SHERLOCK

Tracey has been a qualified personal since 2013. She has worked alongside passionate fitness professionals who’ve shaped her into the trainer she is today. She grew up playing competitive basketball and a love of all things fitness, mind, and body. She’s an all-rounder when it comes to exercise, but her specialty would be a solid cardio-based session leaving you with a rush of all those feel-good endorphins.

ELIZA WEAVER

Eliza has been a qualified personal trainer since 2017. She has been training with the 141 crew since we opened (and before 141 came about). Fit as a fiddle and a major pocket rocket in the gym. She is gentle in nature but will still push you to work that little harder than you thought you were capable of. She also has a sporting background in Netball and experience coaching netball athletes.

DOMENICA PISCIONERI

Domenica, or as we all call her ‘Mec’, has been training with Bianca since 2012. She is our casual trainer and covers us if our staff are ever away or sick. Mec trains in all our 6am sessions and you may cross paths with her on Saturdays if not in the morning. She’ll be secretly competing against you if you’re next to her on the bike, or start pacing faster on the runs if she hears your feet stomping to catch up. A competitive spirit, and we love her for it.
